SYNOPSIS
A highly advanced humanoid species known as the Akkadians arrives on the planet Earth. At first, they are worshippd as gods by the warlike indigeneous species. Refusing to be worshipped, they instead help the humans build advanced civilizations, sharing their knowledge of mathematics, physics, medicine and spirituality.
A new golden age exists on the planet Earth and the civilization thrives, becoming a founding member of the Galactic Federation of Planets. The humans discover that the Akkadians have been keeping the secrets to extending their lives indefinitely intentionally from them. They try to steal this knowledge and in doing so, a planet wide conflict known as the Great War erupts.
After many years of conflict, an armistice is declared when the leader of the humans disappears. The Akkadians agree tro retreat underground and terraform the inner world. Most of the humans join them, leaving the more warlike ones on the surface. But before they depart, they vow to cease all contact with the surface world and sign an agreement known as the First Decree.
